The skew command allows you to skew/shear an object.

Usage

skew x1 [y1 [z1 [x2 [y2 [z2]] [name=name] [global]

x1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2

x2 y2 and z2 may be used for special behavior in later builds

The parameters to the [skew] acion command take an angle in degrees each. The valid range for each angle is between -89° to 89°.

name

The name option allows you to apply skewing to one or more objects nearby by referencing to its name.

global

The global option can be used to share shear with neighbors.

Examples

create skew 45

The model will be skewed by 45° in X axes.

create skew 0 12.4 30

The model will be skewed by 12.4° in Y axes and by 30° in Z axes, resulting in an interesting perspecive distortion.
