Flagg was an AWI employee responsible for community support and is the Liaison of AWI in the Active Worlds Universe. During his time at AWI, he had taken a great interest in working to support community projects, such as AWBingo and the various improvements that public building worlds have seen.
The framework of his support lied in the Activeworlds Construction Team, a community organization that reviews and monitors the progress of supported projects. Worlds such as AWMyths and Winter are supported by this process.
