The Commons of UNESPA, also commonly referred as the Unespan Union , or UNESPA, is an inter-administrative organization currently alliancing eight independent member states and administrative divisions. All of the current members are former cities, world and other divisions founded by John Mayor, by whom they were created, developed and also have been and, for most of them, still are maintained and administered.
The original reasons for creating the organization was to enforce the bonds between the three former cities of Neophyx, Sedan, and Panala and give to all the cities, states and other divisions founded by John Mayor one shared central identity. Moreover it also facilitate the member states to cooperate within a framework of common characteristics, values and ideology. These include the promotion of realism, good quality buildings respecting specific development themes, good administration, individual liberty, egalitarianism, free trade and equal supports between members. The Unespan Union is an intergovernmental organization through which members with similar types of development, and structural, social and political management backgrounds are regarded as equal in status. The organization also promotes the preservation of heritage buildings within its juridiction.
Its activities are carried out through meetings between the Union Heads of Government held at the Unespa Plaza in the city of Neophyx. The symbol of their free association relies on the excellence of conception that is constantly attempted to be surpassed and that is considered to be the root of the Union's ideology. The seat of the head of the Union is currently held by John Mayor.
Members
The Unespan Union currently comprises 8 common members. As of 2016, all of these members were the formal members originally created by John Mayor. A world, state, territory, as well as a city or community can be a common member of the union even if they are from the same political entity. Being a common member grants them some rights like to be each represented equaly by one seat at the assembly of UNESPA but it also requieres some criteria. Some include that each member has one Unespan consula on its territory and meet the Unespan building themes and standards.
As of 2016, the activities in the union were shared between the city of Neophyx hosting the headquarters, the historic city of Sokiland and the Greenmeadows territory.

History
2002
The Daliaxy-Sokiland association
The first forms of a union organization attempted by John Mayor took place in 2002 during the active period of Daliaxy located in the galaxy of Newfoundland. Daliaxy was the seat city of the organization where it attempted to give its support to restart development activities in the older city of Sokiland in Alphaworld that was already getting dormant. During its early period of activity, the organization has briefly been supporting the Commercial Territory of America until its deletion. However, the union's activity did not last very long and progressively became defunct.
2009-2011
Sedan-America Free Trade Association
A free trade association has been created in late 2009 between the world of Sedan and the city of Neophyx where its main activity mainly focused on giving Sedan's assistance to Neophyx by manufacturing customized objects and allow their exportations to America where they can be delivered to Neophyx for multiple purposes.
This brought a high potential of evolution for the megapolis as, until then, Neophyx has been depending on America's objects where the city has been relatively under represented. Some of the main examples of the causes of Neophyx's limitations have conserned the lack to have adequate subway trains and city buses pieces until 2010.
This free trade association continued to be effective after the foundation of the Unespan Union.
Creation of UNESPA
The first plans of the current organization were being designed in 2010 and focused on the idea of unifying all builds and territories developed by John Mayor under a single one entity.
2011
On June 1st 2011, the organization became official and revealed as the Commons of UNESPA by the Treaty of Panala.
The Post-Sedan era 2012-Present
The alliance enjoyed a year of high prosperity during its peak until the closure of Sedan during the summer of 2012. The lost of Sedan had a huge impact on the very core structure of the union as it hosted two of the 3 founder cities of Unespa; the cities of Sedan and Panala. As Panala was the official seat of the union, all of its administrative activities have been transferred to Neophyx, making it the new de-facto seat. The Unespa Plaza in Neophyx is now the main headquarter. It has yet to be comfirmed if the move is permanent.
Types of member
Common
All territories officially recognized as being a member of the Unespan Union are each given the general status of being a Common, also known as a Common Member or a Unespan Common as an identification of being a Unespan territory. According to the Unespan system, such a title can be assigned to an official state, nation and world, as well as to a city, town and other types of division being members of the union.
City-Common
The political status of City-Common is a special status given to a city or an urban area recognized as an official member of the union while belonging to a greater political entity that is not part of UNESPA. While not a sovereign state, a City-Common may nevertheless enjoy a high degree of autonomy that functions close as "city-states" within the sovereign state that the city belongs to.
Of all the current Common Members of the union, the city of Neophyx is the only member to hold the status of City-Common.
In its case, Neophyx is an official Common territory confined within the city borders because it is settled in America that is an independent world. The city has a long development history based on the Unespan style and values but is heavily influenced by its surrounding environment to meet America's themes. Neophyx has in practice a relatively high level of autonomy but as the official world's metropolitan city, it is in fact submitted to the world's authority if ever used.
Heritage Members
A division can be identified as a Unespan Heritage Member when it is defunct or inactive and has an historic background, of sufficient relevance, related to the union. e.g.; the cities of Sokiland, proclaimed as a protected historic site in 2009, and Daliaxy, deleted in 2003.
