Cobalt City is a small city set in the far future on the planet Alterterra. It is notable for being one of the first cohesive build projects in AWTeen that utilized v4 building rights in a way that benefitted the build.
History
Cobalt City was founded by Roxstein (then RoxRox) in September 2006. It was abandoned in January 2007 and later restarted in June 2007. It was mostly a single-user project, fitting the bill as a 'city' more in terms of theme than community. Cobalt City became inactive following Roxstein's departure from Active Worlds.
