The America Department of Transportation, or AMDOT, is a government agency in the world America in charge of the national road and freeway network as well as its signage and all related infrastructures on the world territory. Its headquarters are located in Neophyx City. The AMDOT aims to provide the world with a standardized federal level network of roads and freeways in order to make most of the territory accessible via movers.
History
The agency started exclusively as a maintenance agency for the Transamerica Freeway during its construction in 2006.
It is only in 2013 that the company as been refitted to take in charge the whole freeway network alongside the new road system that was to be built to form the new federal road network. Since then, all roads, freeways, bridges, road signage as well as their maintenance and development has been ensured by the AMDOT.
Since 2013, many plans are in development to improve the federal road network and extend it to other regions of America by extending some existing freeways and creating a consistant network of secondary roads with a standardized numbering structure from coast to coast.

America currently has a developed freeway network built and created by John Mayor as an effort to incorporate modern road infrastructures in the world to facilitate transportation via movers. The transportation infrastructures of America has undergone several reforms in order to be modernized. In 2010, Amworld Transport has implemented a road signage standard on every roads and freeways under its juridiction. Prior to 2010, the signage in America has been left for many years without any regulation or standard. This has resulted in a poor quality of sign designs and indications that tended to cause confusions among the road users.

National Roads and Highways
As of 2016, plans to create a federal road system were in development. The system will incorporate many existing roads that will be standardized to meet the AMDOT standards while new ones will be built to connect most of them togheter. The system will be inspired by the U.S. Route System.
