The NL110, or commonly referred as the the 110, is a defunct Nuwa Luezan Freeway used to identify the Transcity Freeway. A metropolitan freeway passing all the way through the Sedan's Central District. The freeway still exists but is now identified as the southern part of the NL10 Pacific Freeway since it has been merged to it in 2010. Its construction started in 2006 with the construction of the Central District itself. It was the first freeway to be built in part into a tunnel and the first to cross the Bay of Sedan until the addition of the Transbay Freeway in 2007.
