This article is about the municipal districts composing the city of Sedan. For the City of Sedan, see the city's main article.

The city of Sedan is divided into municipal districts, the smallest political division of that world, that designate the city's boroughs where the CBD, or downtown, is identified simply as the Central District. The current divisions set the count to 15 districts in the city. While some of them might not have yet been very developed, some others, like the Central District, Pacific District and Park District are already well distinct from the others by having their proper architecture and development style.

Central District is the economic center of the city. It differs from all the other districts by having most of Sedan's high rise skyscrapers while most of the city is limited to low height builds and for being majoritarily financial and commercial.

Naya Island

Considered as one of the Municipal Districts by the city, Naya Island is the smallest of them by land and currently remains as a park as its current built structures lay below its surface, like the 2 major roads connecting together with a parking lot. Although, many ambitious projects are subject to be built on the island like a panoramic tower and an aquarium. This is why, though being the only district of the city to be on a separate peace of land, it still is one of the most accessible of them as it is connected to the city road network by the Fedroad 1 and the Route 2, both passing through a tunnel. Depending of how important the future devlopments of the island become, the city's future metro network could also have a link to the island and a ferry, mostly for touristic matters, could be added.

North Sedan

The North Sedan District is currently an undeveloped zone in the northern area in the city of Sedan.

Though the district has remained relatively empty since the city's foundation, in the case of implementation of habitable zones in Sedan, it could be the first to potentially become a habitable community in the entire world as its current location in the city, the proximity to the future outlets of North Paya and a good access to the City Bypass freeway make it a place of choice for a future resitential devlopement that could offer nice life standards as a habitable zone.

North Paya

Primarly destinated to be commercial, the district is currently undergoing devlopments like a shopping outlet under construction. A shopping mall is also planned to be built and the district will also host many other future stores and retailers of Sedan.
