Park District is a municipal district in the northern part of the city of Sedan. The district was named after the Park Avenue that crosses the area and the Ashfax Park, the city's main park, to which it lies directly on its north side being separated from the denser part of the city from the south. Currently one of the first neigbourhoods to have been developed in Sedan, developments started on September 1st of 2007, it is mainly composed of middle class houses with small backyards and calm streets well garnished of tropical vegetations. Its only commercial center is exclusively located on the Alamanda Blvd where stores and restaurants face the Ashfax Park.
