Description
Restrict building within a square area around GZ.
Notes
If a world is open to public building then restricted radius can be used to reserve an area around 0N 0W ("Ground Zero"). Only users with special objects right (see AW_WORLD_SPECIAL_OBJECTS_RIGHT) or caretakers (i.e. aw_bool (AW_WORLD_CARETAKER_CAPABILITY) returns 1) are allowed to build within this radius. It is specified in meters and is not a true radius but rather one half the diameter of a square area that is centered at 0N 0W.
