Description
Show the names of avatars regardless of if they have spoken yet.
Notes
Bots are free to ignore the value of this attribute.
If set to 0 (false) then only the names of avatars who have participated in chat or whispered are shown in browsers. Users who have not yet spoken or whispered remain anonymous.
If set to 1 (true) then names of all avatars present are shown in the whisper list and the 3D viewport of browsers.
