Description

Allow users to fly (using +/- keys in a browser).

Notes

If set to 0 (false) then it will disable flying through use of the +/- keys or assigned "Move Up" and "Move Down" keys. Users would always be subjected to gravity and are only able to walk around on solid surfaces.

World caretakers will be able to fly even if flying is disabled.
