Description

Name of a citizen.

Notes

The valid characters depend on the international key in universe.ini:

[citizen]
international=<0 or 1, with 0 as the default>

If set to 0 then a name can only contain A-Z, a-z, 0-9, spaces (' ') and punctuation marks ('.'). If set to 1 then it can contain any character except " (double quote), [ and ] (square brackets)

Minimum:	2 characters
Maximum:	16 characters
