Please read the directions below to contribute your vote to the Administrator Nomination Policy.

Voting Procedure

This policy requires a majority community vote and approval by AWI before it passes and becomes official policy.

Voting is to be conducted by editing this page, and leaving your signature below the yay or nay headers. Please follow the format set by User:Hyper Anthony in this regard. Also, you may leave a comment or suggestion for the policy along with your vote.

Users are allowed to change their vote during this process. For example, if you find a clause in the policy unsatisfactory, you may vote Nay and then change it to Yay if the issue has been addressed to your satisfaction. If you do this, please leave a record of the change for archival purposes.

Voting will close two weeks to the day from the time of creation. That places closure at 10:15 pm EST on Saturday, August 21.

Decision

This vote has been left undecided due to complete lack of community participation.

Yay

  • Yay - I wrote this policy and think it would be helpful to nominate new leaders for our wiki. --Hyper Anthony 22:17, 7 August 2010 (EDT)
  • Yay - There should also be a policy in place to handle administrators who (may) abuse elevated privileges. -- GSK (talkevidence) 18:41, 11 March 2011 (EST)
