Woodsville Government
The Woodsville Government very carefully plans out its decisions, often debates on weather or not to grant or deny new laws sometimes take days. So far, these laws have passed:
Building Laws:
- 1. The construction of a building must be authorised by either the Vice-Mayor or Mayor.
- 2. The land the building resides on must be fully paid for.
- 3. The building must not conflict with other properties in any way.
- 4. If the building is seemingly unoccupied for 1 Month, then the owner will be given a notice and must reply to the notice within 1 week, or else the house will be repossessed and sold to a new owner.
- 5. A house may only be demolished by its owner or someone hired by its owner.
- 6. Land expansions must be fully paid for by the owner.
- 7. A building can have no more than 5 floors or go no higher than -3.9 meters.
- 8. A building's basement cannot go any lower than -23.9 Meters.
- 9. All buildings constructed on the surface near the entrance to Woodsville cost twice as much as a regular building and must be constantly looked after.
- 10. You are only allowed to own 2 properties per person, unless stated otherwise.
Domestic Laws:
- 1. All goods must be fully paid for if purchased.
- 2. The theft of any goods will result in the immediate deactivation of your bank account and status as resident of Woodsville.
- 3. In the case of the absence of the Mayor of Woodsville, The Vice-Mayor takes full control until the Mayor returns.
- 4. In the case of the absence of both the Mayor and Vice-Mayor, then either the Head of Woodsville Defence, or Sovereign of Palmshire, take full control until one of the above return.
- 5. The Woodsville Archives are strictly off-limits to the general public. Access must be granted beforehand by the Mayor.
- 6. Disobeying a direct order from the Mayor or Vice-Mayor of Woodsville will result in a ~2000 fine.
- 7. Crimes against the Mayor, Vice-Mayor, or any official within the Woodsville or Palmshire Government will result in immediate detainment.
