Dmc2u is a gallery-type 3D Homepage world. It was created during the 30 day 3D Homepage free trial offered in the year 2000. During that time, the world count shot up to over 3000 but then decreased dramatically; Dmc2u world has remained ever since.
Started as a repository for pictures of friends, family and reunions, DMC2U has since made a web site to incorporate pictures and original websites from many of the Active Worlds reunions he has attended and others he did not. Many of the amenities in Dmc2u were won at Gatekeeper events. These include tourist access and a 10 user limit. Dmc2u world also has VoIP capability.
Since DMC2U's death between 10 and 18 July, 2012, the world has been kept hosted by AWI.
