Le Village 3d is an independent french galaxy still running since its creation in 1998.
Citizenship
As of October 2011 people can purchase a citizenship delivered with a piece of land of 400m2 (20x20m)for private building starting from 1.25€ per month. Tourists are also allowed to visit and can build in the practicing world called Le Chantier.

There are five where residents coexist; centre-ville, quartier médiéval, quartier nature, la plage and quartier hi-tech.
