Description
Enable the use of personal avatars in the world.
Notes
Personal avatars are similar to custom avatars except that they must be purchased and submitted to Activeworlds, Inc. for consideration. They allow users to retain a consistent identity across all worlds in a universe where this attribute is 1 (true).
If set to 0 (false) then nobody is able to use personal avatars in the world.
