The UI-Citizenship Passport Card (Blue Card) and visas emited by the UIBA as of 2012.

Citizenship in the Commonwealth of the United Islands of Pacific is a legal status allowing an individual to be recognized as an official Pacifican (or Sedanian) Citizen by the State of the United Islands but also by the Union of UNESPA and its official members.

A UI Citizen benefits multiple rights, privileges, as well as some responsibilities between the state and the individual. Some of these rights include the right to access, reside, build, work in and/or for the United Islands, and take parts in many fields of the development of the UI community.

The United Islands citizenship is free. Its granting is rather mainly focused and depends on the experience and background of an individual as an Active Worlds user and his ability to meet a certain number of the required criteria for its obtention.
