Description
Specifies who has the right to build V4 objects (e.g. camera, movers, particles and zones).
Notes
It has no corresponding _CAPABILITY attribute which means that aw_has_world_right and aw_has_world_right_all should be used to determine if a particular citizen or tourists have the right.
Note that if someone tries to build V4 objects without the proper right then Z object warnings will be issued.
