(Preliminary)

Session numbers are used to as a means to identify users within a universe. They are 16 bits long (0 - 65536) and each user is assigned an unused session number after a successful login. This session number will be announced to avatars that come within visible range. Most actions, with some exceptions, will use this number as a way to target a specific avatar.
