Lady TeaL has been the leader and MC of the Cy Awards since 2005. She took AlphaBit Phalpha's place as the organizer of the Awards after her stepping-down. This transfer was officiated in the 2006 Cy Awards ceremony.
She is the Current Program Director of the Gatekeepers Organization and has led them through some very hard times.
