Talk:Main Page
From ActiveWiki
Cleared out old, irrelevant discussion. Also, I really think a lot of the global links that go no-where should be removed from the page altogether. Links such as "ABOUT", "FAQ", "Disclaimers" and "Privacy Policy" from the top. "About ActiveWiki" from the bottom. These just clutter the entire page.. :/ -- Syntax

[edit] Manual of Style
Should we create some articles such as the Wikipedia's Manual of Style to display on the main page and help get some of the more inexperienced editors off on the right foot?

Hmm - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Avoid_first-person_pronouns_and_one (especially "you") is pretty important. It's hard in some instances, I have to go edit some of my contributions :/--Young Phalpha 07:00, 14 December 2006 (EST)
