The Googl Research and Development station is a research-oriented build located in the north eastern quadrant of AWTeen. It is 2 Km long, and 1.5 Km wide, and consists of many small, utilitarian buildings and walkways. The goal of Googl is to develop new building techniques and structures. In late 2006, Googl Research and Development was acquired by UGN Corporate. However, in early 2008, UGN pulled out of Googl, giving major control back to the original owner, Club Alpha. He continues to operate Googl independently.

The G.R.S. is home to many large, or otherwise significant buildings in the history of Googl itself.

That list includes supercomputers, random human physiology experiments, attempted calculators (two work), time traveling experiments (failed horribly) fictional devices, large sculptures, a power plant (for Googl), POMCZ (palm-zees) (Particle, Object, Mover, Camera, Zone) experiments, a university for advanced building (abandon) and several other notable builds.

The Googl Research & Development Secondary Headquarters (Glass Pyramid II) is now the main base of operations.

Club Alpha opened a Trial World called "Googl". There are no plans to renew / buy it.
