Users celebrating at Alphaworld Ground Zero

Active Worlds 10th Birthday occurred on June 28, 2005. A community event was held at Alphaworld Ground Zero to commemorate the occasion at midnight on June 29.

The event, hosted by Tauntaun, began at the ground zero and initially drew over 20 users to discuss and reminisce on the past ten years. Notable in the discussion was the appearance of Mark Rejhon, the owner of a noted build in the ground zero area -- Marky's Cozy Abode. After the chat session, users were invited to the AWHS Gallery to look at old screenshots and pictures. Following this, the group was invited to SW City to take part in games and view fireworks at SW City Hall. The sky was changed to night for the fireworks show and over 40 users were present.
